We have been very active in this area. Our focus has predominantly centered towards, primary and secondary locations, together with out of town regeneration areas. With an Active Management strategy, we have managed to increase yields, by developing sites to attract tenants looking at business sustainability through medium and long term strategies.
Being able to offer incentives to help smaller businesses develop and established we have managed to maintain and grow relationships with our tenants, especially through their expansion programs, all of which help us in delivering larger returns with lower voids.
