We acquired an Office Building that required modernization. Working alongside our Corporate Tenant we refurbished the property according to their specification. The project was demanding and we were under strict time constraints as they had to house their staff as they had just secured a New Tender, and as such the premises was vital for them. We managed to deliver the offices through a turnkey operation ahead of schedule.
